A.M. Total Being Fitness also offers personal training and nutrition counseling. Their approach is based on the Moses Method, developed by founder Anthony Moses to provide fitness programs based on test results. The 4-8 week programs are designed to hit the client's fitness goals such as developing musculature, weight loss, aerobic fitness, or increasing metabolism. The programs use process, progression, and periodization to achieve the client's goals.
They serve all levels from professional athletes to casual fitness.
