How to upload your DEXA scan

Snap a clear photo of your full DEXA report and upload it in the DEXASCAN.COM app. Make sure the scan date, facility name, your name, body fat %, fat mass and lean mass are all readable. Baseline uploads are due Nov 15, 2026; final uploads are due Jan 13, 2027.

Contest FAQs

What support do I get during the holidays?

Every week from your baseline scan to your final scan you'll get a new weekly challenge plus tips and tricks for getting through Halloween, Thanksgiving, holiday parties and New Year's without gaining weight.

When do I need to get my DEXA scans?

Your baseline scan must be done between Oct 25 and Nov 12, 2026 and uploaded to the app by Nov 15. Your final scan must be done by Jan 12, 2027 and uploaded by Jan 13. Both scans are purchased separately from this bundle, and we recommend the same facility for both.

How is the winner decided?

By the largest drop in total body fat percentage from your baseline DEXA scan to your final DEXA scan, in each division. Ties go to whoever kept or gained the most lean muscle.

Do I have to use a specific DEXA location?

No. Choose any participating DEXASCAN.COM location. We strongly recommend using the same facility for both scans.

What if I miss a weekly check-in?

Weekly check-ins are required to be eligible to win, so set a reminder for Sunday night. Check-ins are due by 11:59 p.m. ET each Sunday. See the Official Rules for details.

What if I can't finish the contest?

Life happens. If you drop out or don't complete your final scan, any DEXA scan you bought on DEXASCAN.COM and didn't use becomes a voucher for one scan at the same location, good for one year from your purchase date. Vouchers aren't refundable or transferable. Your scale and app access are yours to keep. See Section 2.8 of the Official Rules for details.

Is it safe?

This contest rewards healthy, sustainable change. Talk to your doctor before starting a new diet or exercise program. Extreme or unsafe methods can lead to disqualification.

U.S. residents 18 and older. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law; see the Official Rules for full eligibility details.

When do I get my scale and eye mask?

We ship them after you register so you can start weekly check-ins right after your baseline scan.
